The Gist and Puff Puff Podcast is a Nigerian Podcast we created (I and my awesome friend Adaugo) out of a passion to share our sometimes funny but always real Stories. We have conversations sharing on our favorite things which include Friendship, Faith & Puff Puff.

Nothing is off limits on this Lifestyle podcast from growing up Nigerian, the pressure to be married as a Millennial African female to finding God in tough times. We share in this season our challenges adulting & trying to live a life of purpose. Each episode is a gist served with a slice of truth, a sprinkle of humor and a dash of random bants!
